I began my career in HR consulting on the business development side, working with organizations to understand talent challenges and design assessment-based solutions for recruitment, development, and promotion.

Assessment Project Management

I then moved into end-to-end assessment project management, coordinating tools, timelines, and stakeholders to ensure assessment solutions were delivered effectively and aligned with client needs.

HR Consulting

Building on this foundation, I transitioned into HR consulting, supporting talent mapping, assessment interpretation, and people insights to help leaders make clearer, more confident people decisions.

HR Strategy

My work later expanded into HR strategy, partnering with businesses to shape hiring plans, development pathways, organizational structure, compliance, and the broader people ecosystem.
