My Journey
In 2012, I began my career on the business development side of HR consulting, focusing on assessment solutions for recruitment, development, and promotion. To design solutions that truly served clients’ needs, I developed a deep understanding of assessments—how they work, what they reveal, and how they support better people decisions.
Then I went deeper into managing assessment projects end-to-end. I coordinated timelines, tools, and stakeholders, and worked closely with both clients and candidates. This phase sharpened my ability to read talent beyond test scores and see the real potential behind each profile.
With a strong foundation in assessment and project delivery, I transitioned into a broader role as an HR consultant. I supported organizations with talent mapping, assessment interpretation, and people insights—helping leaders understand their teams with more clarity and confidence.
My work naturally evolved into HR strategy, partnering with businesses to shape their hiring plans, development pathways, structure, compliance, and the overall people ecosystem. Here, I saw how deeply thoughtful HR decisions can influence culture, performance, and long-term growth.
Today, I bring all of that experience together become a Talent Insight & People Strategy Consultant, supporting businesses in making smart, human-centered HR decisions, and guiding talent to understand themselves, build confidence, and choose a path that truly fits.
